The Chilly's × RBURN collaboration was born out of a shared vision between two London-based brands with a focus on responsibility, on a mission to increase the usability of premium reusable products. Together, utilising our specialities, we have designed this multi-purpose bag to house a reusable bottle on the go, whilst the packaway bag provides additional storage.
RBURN Bottle Bag
The primary bottle bag has been built from a repurposed waterproof nylon; a textile our friend’s at Chilly’s had stock of after completion of another project, one that we’ve proudly reworked to realise this very special bag. The secondary bag, a lightweight packaway sling, has been created using 100% recycled polyester, exclusive of trims.
The bottle bag boasts an adjustable shoulder strap, includes a main compartment designed to store your water bottle, secured with a drawstring fastening with cord lock closure. The base of the bag features a zip-fastening compartment to house a lightweight packaway sling bag with double front pocket — the latter also includes an adjustable strap, is secured closed by a RBURN branded snap and has been reinforced at key stress points with recycled PET grosgrain tape. Further storage can be found on the face of the bottle bag; a zipped front pocket features, one capable of holding all manner of small essentials, including larger mobile phones.
Both the primary bottle bag and packaway sling bag have been embellished with a screen printed collaboration label; a story label including tent illustration, realised with eco-friendly water based inks.

Chilly’s is a name now entirely synonymous with reusable water bottles; a global market leader on a mission to provide people with the ability to always have cold water on-the-go, without having to buy single-use plastic water bottles. The product of extensive research and development, the Series 2 Bottle is an exceptionally durable product and affords the user 24 hours of a cold drink or 12 hours hot. The limited edition bottle features a laser engraved RBURN word mark to the side body.
